Here’s Andrew Pell and Leigh Burdett, two of the people behind what keeps team NME moving from day to day. Between them, they’ve got a solid mix of experience, from starting out on site to shaping how projects are delivered.
They cover both ends of the job, from big-picture planning to making sure things actually work in practice
One started as a quantity surveyor, spent over a decade building industry knowledge, and went on to co-found NME Services in 2000 – now a Managing Director helping guide the business
One started as an apprentice with NME, worked through the ranks, and now manages commercial projects with a focus on quality and keeping up with industry changes like EV charging
One is all about working with clients and teams to solve the day-to-day challenges that come with modern projects
One brings a practical, hands-on understanding of what it takes on site to get things done properly
Both like to keep things straightforward… with the occasional bit of banter.
