Developing the next generation of electricians has always been a key part of what we do. Over the past 20 years, we’ve worked alongside Northampton College to train more than 70 apprentices, with around half of our workforce having come through our apprenticeship programme.
From school leavers taking their first step into the industry to those starting a new career, we’re committed to giving every apprentice the skills, experience and confidence to succeed. Alongside their electrical training, they gain valuable experience working on new-build developments across the Midlands, learning everything from EV charging and CCTV installations to communication, organisation and site management.
This recognition is a reflection of the hard work and dedication of our apprentices, mentors and the entire Team NME.
